DeadWIN has been organizing free games with no obligation to purchase since 10/15/2022 for an indefinite period under the terms of these rules, and accessible from the site https://deadwin.com. This site is open to all adults living in one of the following countries: France, Luxembourg, Switzerland, Belgium. The organizer reserves the right to carry out all the necessary verifications concerning the identity, postal and / or electronic address of the participants.
2.2 Are excluded from any participation in this game and from the benefit of any endowment, whether directly or indirectly, all the staff of the organizer and its partners, including their family and spouses (marriage, P.A.C.S. or marital life recognized or not), all participants who do not live in one of the countries announced above. 2.3 Persons who have not provided proof of their full contact details and identities or who have provided them inaccurately or misleadingly will be disqualified, as will persons refusing the collection, recording and use of information of a nominative nature concerning them and strictly necessary for the game management needs. Multi-accounting with or without a referral link is not authorized on DeadWIN.com and may result in the banishment or even deletion of the account without any notice and without the authors being able to claim any right to the prizes won under this condition. Registrations with disposable emails are strictly prohibited and will result in the deletion of the member account and any winnings.
The Participant agrees that the title of his pseudonym does not in any way violate the rights of third parties, and has no illicit, racist, anti-Semitic, xenophobic, defamatory or detrimental character to good morals and morals, and does not directly or indirectly constitute threats against third parties. To participate in the game, the Internet user must connect to the DeadWIN.com site.
The player has a certain number of free games per day (from 2 to 11) and if he wants to continue playing beyond these games, he validates a code (audiotel, Dead). By playing the games, the member automatically participates in the competitions in progress on the site. Participants elect domicile at the address they have indicated. (Only one registration per household (same name, same postal address) will be taken into account). Any incomplete, inaccurate or fanciful registration will not be taken into account. The organizer reserves the right to carry out any checks for the proper application of this article.
The organizer assumes no responsibility in the event of poor reception or non-receipt of registrations or gifts sent electronically, for whatever reason.
Article 4: Selection of winners
Winners will be determined for contests by ranking (e.g. top 10 on a leaderboard) or by accumulating points that they can redeem for gifts in the DeadWIN store. The classification is generally done either by the number of codes validated at a given time or by the number of points accumulated during a period defined by the site.
During a contest or ranking, only one prize will be awarded per winner (same name, same address).
The winners will be designated after verification of their eligibility to win the prize concerning them. The designated participants will be contacted by e-mail by the Organizer. If a participant does not respond within 30 days of the sending of this e-mail, he will be considered as having renounced his prize and the prize will remain the property of the Organiser.
By the mere fact of accepting his prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer to use his surname, first name, as well as the indication of his city and his department of residence in any advertising and promotional event of the Organizer or on its website DeadWIN.com relating to this Game for a period of 6 months after delivery of the prize won, without this use being able to give rise to rights and remuneration other than the prize won.
Winners must comply with the rules. If it turns out that they do not meet the criteria of these rules, their prizes will not be awarded to them. Participants authorize all verifications concerning their identity, age, postal address or the loyalty and sincerity of their participation. As such, the Organizer reserves the right to request a copy of the winner's identity document before sending the prize. Any false declaration, indication of false identity or address entails the immediate elimination of the participant and, where applicable, the reimbursement of the prizes already sent.
Each Participant must play in person and therefore refrains from using, directly or indirectly, any method of questioning or automated request. The Organizer cannot be held responsible for the malfunction of the site and/or the Game for a given browser. The Organizer does not guarantee that the site and/or the Game will operate without interruption or that it does not contain any computer errors, or that the defects observed will be corrected. In the event of a technical malfunction of the site and/or the Game, the Organizer reserves the right, if necessary, to invalidate and/or cancel the game session during which the said malfunction took place. No complaints will be accepted as a result.

The Organizer cannot be held liable if, for a case of force majeure or beyond its control, the Game has to be modified, shortened or cancelled. As well as the Organizer reserves the right to extend the period of participation in the Game. Additions, or, in the event of force majeure, modifications to these rules may possibly occur during the Game. Thus, the elements considered constitute evidence and, if they are produced as evidence by the Organizer in any contentious or other proceedings, they will be admissible, valid and enforceable between the parties in the same way, under the same conditions and with the same probative force as any document that would be drawn up, received or kept in writing. It is expressly agreed that the Law intended to apply is swiss Law. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude from participation in this Game any person disturbing the progress of the Game.
The Organizer reserves the right to use any recourse and in particular to prosecute anyone who has cheated, defrauded, tricked or disturbed the operations described in these rules, or has attempted to do so. The Organizer reserves the right to temporarily suspend the possibility of participating in the Game if it, or its possible hosting provider, can no longer ensure the continuity of the service necessary for the running of the Game.

Article 6: winnings

The list of prizes as well as the number of points necessary for their allocation may be modified without notice by the Organizer according to the evolution of the site.

The Organizer undertakes to ship the prizes within a maximum period of sixty (60) days for all members. If the Organizer is unable to deliver the prize or prize won by the Participant, in particular due to a stock shortage of the prize supplier or the receivership or judicial liquidation of the latter, the latter will be deliver another prize of a value at least equal to the prize initially planned. The Participant may not claim any compensation from the Organizer in this regard. Article 7: Game without obligation to purchase
Reimbursement of connection costs incurred for participation in the Contest will be made within the limit of 3 minutes of connection, on the basis of the cost of local communication at the France Telecom rate in force when these rules are drafted (i.e. 2.8 cents euros per minute).

Reimbursement will be made on simple written request to the following address: Participants must clearly indicate their surname, first name, full address, and imperatively attach to their request a R.I.B (or a R.I.P.) as well as a photocopy of the supporting invoice, with the dates and times of connection clearly underlined. Reimbursement of reimbursement request costs will be made on the basis of a single letter weighing less than 20 grams franked at the economy rate.
Any promotions that DeadWIN runs will not count as an additional add-on to becoming a VIP.
Article 8: Submission of payment
The rules are available free of charge to anyone who requests them from the Game Organizer.
Stamps related to the written request for a copy of the rules will be reimbursed at the slow rate on request.
Article 9: Personal data
